Wow! It's been a long time since I've posted a blog. A lot has really happened since October of last year. With myself and my loved ones, so let's get you up to date.
I began my own business! I'm now an Independent Consultant with Passion Parties. And I LOVE IT! I can't say the last time that I actually LOVED a job. Actually, come to think of it, I've NEVER loved a job BEFORE! (and that's all on that subject! This is about my family, not work...hehe)
I recently booked my families (Stouty, J.J. and I) first hotel vacation! I have to call it a "Hotel Vacation" because Stouty likes to consider camping, vacation. We're going to be going to OK to visit some family and then head to Branson, MO to enjoy a week of playing.
I'm extremely excited. I LOVED Branson when I was a kid so I have a feeling I'm going to love it even more now!
J.J. is also extremely excited! He knows that we're going to be going to Silver Dollar City and he can't wait to ride some rides.
Stouty......yeah. I really honestly don't know if he's excited or not. LOL! But whatever, it'll be his first trip to Branson so he'll have a good time one way or another!
My mom and B. are also going to be making the trip. So it'll be nice to be able to hit the town at least one night with just Stouty.
J.J. got registered to play T-Ball a couple weeks ago. He's not extremely excited about it but he's more excited now that he has a glove of his own. So maybe, by the time practice starts up, he'll be ready to play. Sports are expensive!!! $90 for registration, $40 for raffle tickets and then $50 deposit that we WILL get back because I WILL work the concession stand once. (ha) So, he better like it, because he's not dropping out of it! He just doesn't have to play another season if he doesn't like it.
J.J. also got registered for Kindergarten this week. I'm so proud of him. He's such a good kid and I really think he's going to do well in school! The only part of the screening process that he didn't do well in is Speech and that can be worked out. =D
